The Strata Energy Advisor program supports strata-owned multi-unit residential buildings (condos) across BC to reduce carbon emissions and improve efficiency through energy upgrades timed with necessary replacement projects.

If your building is planning a retrofit and you're consideringor simply curious aboutswitching from natural gas, adding cooling, or improving overall building performance, this program could be a great fit for you.

When you register, youll be assigned an Advisor to help you with a holistic opportunity assessment (we call it a decarbonization plan). This will identify opportunities to align required replacement projects with energy and climate upgrades, helping to achieve zero-emission buildings over time. It aims to balance comfort, cost, and climate considerations throughout the process.

If your strata chooses to pursue a low-carbon project, your Advisor is with you all the way to support through all stages of the project to help navigate best practices, find information, and proceed with confidence.
