Marketplace Events may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including removing anyone from the event who violates this Code of Conduct or applicable laws.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online here or at the show. Please note, credit card is the only form of payment accepted for on-site ticket purchases.
When you purchase a ticket is it valid for the whole show?
Tickets purchased for the Vancouver Fall Home Show will only allow for entry for one day, as we keep tickets and they cannot be scanned twice. However, if you would like to enjoy the show for another day, you can visit the Help Desk and ask for a free re-entry pass when you are leaving the show.
Does one ticket give me unlimited access to the show?
Yes, including our inspiring and interactive features, including the stage!
What are the restrictions on the senior citizen tickets (days, time restrictions, online purchasing)?
The Senior (60+) discount cannot be combined with any other offers (such as 2 for 1, or promotional codes). The price of $11 ($5 off regular price) is valid at all times. We do offer $8 tickets any day after 4pm!
Where should I park? How much does it cost? Is there a discount from the show?
There is ample parking located around the Vancouver Convention Centre. Visit their website for a complete list of parking options: http://www.vancouverconventioncentre.com/thecity/getting-here/#parking. Sadly, the Vancouver Fall Home Show is not able to offer a discount on parking since we do not control the parking lots.
I am looking for an exhibitor but cannot remember their name. How do I locate them?
Yes! Enjoy some light refreshments and a relaxing atmosphere in our Lounge. Lot185 Cafe + Wine Bar also operates within the facility.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Vancouver Convention Centre - West Building is fully accessible. If you have any questions or require help, don't hesitate to ask a staff member. Please note The Vancouver Fall Home Show does not have wheelchairs or scooters for rent.
Are dogs allowed at this event?
No. We do not allow dogs at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, the coat check is complimentary at the entrance of the show.

Whether you’re joining us at The Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building with a specific project in mind or just looking for some inspiration, our local home professionals have you covered. With tons booths to explore and several unique feature displays to enjoy, plan to spend a few hours at the show. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a pen and paper to take notes, and have some cash on hand just in case a vendor doesn’t accept plastic (although most will). The Vancouver Fall Home Show is your chance to meet with industry professionals to talk about your home, see informative presentations from celebrity guests, and purchase products and services to help create your dream space.
